Construction of 19 villas has recently started just outside Masseube in the departement of Gers, Southern France. This area of the south of France is known for its beautiful landscapes, the sense of space, ancient villages and notable historical sights. Towns and cities in this area with its innumerable vineyards have a Mediterranean character.
The region, lying between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean, is famed for gastronomy and its romantic atmosphere. Golf de Gascogne provides a unique combination of space and serenity and countless historical sights, only an hour's drive from the Pyrenees.
The golf course is right in front of the villas, and with the mild climate you can play right through the year. The setting of the Domaine and the luxurious villas offers every comfort you could want for a relaxing stay.
Thinly populated Gers lies in the Occitanie region between the Dordogne and the Pyrenees and between the Atlantic and the Mediterranean. Here you can experience unspoilt nature, splendid landscapes with rolling hills and in the distance the impressive heights of the Pyrenees. Gers experiences more sunny days than anywhere else in France, often enjoying more than 300 days of sunshine;
The gently illuminated landscape, the joy of taking part in traditional ways of living and the renowned French gastronomy have led to Gers also being known as "The Land of Light and the Good Life". Gers has a wealth of fine restaurants serving such specialities as Confit de Canard and Magret de Canard, paired of course with one of the famous wines of the region, a Saint-Mont or a Madiran.
Gascony, sometimes called the "Land of the Musketeers", is a romantic world of castles, fortified cities and walled villages, known as "Castelnaux". Gers came into being during the French Revolution in 1790 and now forms part of the Midi-Pyrénées.
Golf de Gascogne is located at the edge of the Gers region, a nine-hole golf course set between the hills and the woods. The course is open throughout the year and a golf licence is NOT required to play here.
